Conclusion & Takeaways
What I Learned
Designing a Fin-Tech app requires a delicate balance between robust security (like blockchain integration) and a seamless, intuitive user experience. Trust is the most critical design element.
The Challenge
Simplifying complex blockchain concepts (like Smart Contracts) into everyday actions (like paying bills) without overwhelming the user with technical jargon.
Next Steps
Conducting extensive usability testing with the high-fidelity prototype to gather feedback on the transaction flow and refine the micro-interactions.
